The AEM MK4 Supra to infinity plug n play harness has been discontinued and replaced by the 2jzgte Haltech Elite 2500 harness/ECU package. The V.E. Harness is easy to install and offers race grade upgrade options with easy to use aux DTM connector to make adding sensors or other inputs to the Infinity ECU easy and clean!
**AEM harness is discontinued, please use the V.E. Harness linked above as an upgraded replacement for the AEM harness. The MK4 Supra and more so the 2JZGTE engine they came with are legends, there’s no denying that, but there is always a bit more to be desired from the factory setup with them. They are both just so incredibly capable of serious performance that it’s almost a shame to leave them stock….unless you’re just parking it in the garage hoping to sell it for a small fortune in the future, but that’s no fun is it!
With AEM Electronics Plug & Play Adapter Harness for the manual transmission equipped 1993-’98 USDM Toyota Supra 2JZGTE (PN 30-3519) you’re just a short install away from having a performance engine management system handling all of the critical functions of the engine allowing you to take your Toyota Supra and the 2JZ that resides within it to the next level. This harness is for use with an Infinity 506 (30-7106) or 508 (PN 30-7108) ECUs and when combined with AEM’s Plug & Play Adapter Harness, the Infinity completely replaces the MKIV 2JZGTE Supra’s ECU and can be installed in about 30 minutes when using the factory sensors. A base map for the engine is included and full factory instrument integration is supported. Of course this harness will also work on your 2JZ swap in whatever you might have put one in!
Plug & Play Harness with Expansion Port
AEM’s Toyota Supra Infinity Plug & Play adapter harness includes a Wideband O2 connector (don’t forget the AEM Wideband O2 extension harness and wideband O2 sensor), AEMnet connector for communication with other AEMnet enabled devices and an auxiliary connector with a Deutsch DTM 12P connector for adding common aftermarket sensors including fuel pressure, air inlet temperature, MAP, oil temperature and ethanol content sensor. The expansion port also includes a sensor ground, 5v reference, 12v power from relay and high side output for activating a relay or solenoid, a low side output for boost control and analog inputs for mode switch and no-lift shift.
If you’re still looking for more from your Supra and want to add traction control or a drive-by-wire throttle body setup then be sure to check out the Velocity Element 2JZ Plug and Play adapter harness. VE expands upon the capabilities of the AEM harness and allows you to add more features yet still maintain the simplicity of a plug and play setup with just a little bit more wiring on your end. Be sure to also check out the VE plug and play adapter harness and AEM Infinity 506 Series EMS package for a complete solution for your Toyota Supra or 2JZ swapped setup!
