Radium Engineering Fuel Level Sender

No one wants to run out of fuel, especially on the track! Make sure you never have to guess how much fuel is in your fuel cell and put in a Radium Engineering Fuel Level Sender.

This float-style fuel level sending unit comes with standard SAE 5-bolt mounting pattern. The fuel level sender is easy to install using the supplied hardware and Deutsch connectors (fuel level gauge not included). Fits most fuel cells including ATL, Fuel Safe, Pyrotect, Harmon, Jaz, etc. and extensively used with the Radium Fuel Cell Surge Tank (20-0140-00) and works with most all aftermarket fuel level gauges on the market.

What makes the Radium Engineering fuel level sender special is its rugged design that features a FR4 conformal coated PCB, epoxy potted electrical terminals, and an anodized surface finish making it suitable for use with gasoline, diesel, and specifically alcohol based fuels including methanol, ethanol, E85, etc. The sender is made right here in the USA.

Probe Lengths: 8″, 9″, 10″, 13″, 16″

Electrical:

12VDC with unit connected to a single electric receiver gauge that utilizes an AC resistance curve (shown below).

Mounting:

When mounted properly, the gasket seal will withstand an internal tank pressure of 6psi conforming to SAE J1810.
