No one wants to see their engine run dry of fuel because you stayed in it just a bit too long and all the fuel sloshed away from your pickup. Make that a thing of the past with the Radium Engineering In-Tank Fuel Collector Box.
The collector box is used in fuel cells or large fill plate tanks to protect against fuel slosh. The in-tank fuel pump or pickup tube is inserted into the container and the check valves serve as trap doors keeping fuel contained in the box no matter what direction the vehicle is shifting. The collector boxes’ check valves feature a large 1″ ball for maximum flow. The 2 piece check valve housings are machined from billet 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. Unlike round drilled hole variations, this design features full travel slots to prevent the ball from getting stuck in the hole and to promote quick filling.
Available with a single check valve or triple check valve setup. Choose your option before checking out.
The collector box is fabricated from 5052 aluminum, TIG welded, media blasted, and bright dipped anodized for optimal corrosion resistance. Depending on the application, the small tab on top of the 20-0150 box can be hand-formed in order to secure a pump or pickup tube using a cable zip tie.
All materials are compatible to be used in gasoline and all alcohol blends such as E85. For the ultimate in fuel starvation protection, this product complements the Radium Engineering Fuel Cell Surge Tank (20-0140-00) perfectly.
