Our normal refund and returns policy lasts 30 days and ensures you receive the exact part/s you ordered in new condition/working order. All returns are subject to a 20% processing fee. Special order and built to order items are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same undamaged packaging that you received it.
Non-physical products (downloads, Etune and dyno tune services, etc.) are exempt from being returned or refunded.
To complete your return, we require your Brewed Motorsports invoice number as proof of purchase. We will then provide you with an RMA number and any other details needed regarding your return/exchange.
Please do not send your anything back to the unless instructed to do so by Brewed Motorsports accompanied with your RMA.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds (if any) are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (No refund)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (special circumstances, contact us for details)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. If you would like a refund to your credit card or original method of payment there is an additional 5% processing fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are subject to special circumstances based on individual order/parts.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged out of the box . If you need to exchange an item for the same item or something else please contact us.
We have a few warehouse locations so the return address will depend on the exact order. We will provide the return address with your RMA number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All packages must be inspected before refunds or exchanges are cleared.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We do not recommend using usps as they tend to loose/damage lots of packages.
